LP Cleaning

Welcome to LP Cleaning! By booking our mobile car detailing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

LP Cleaning offers a full range of mobile car detailing services with no limitations. Our services are performed at the customer's location, provided that necessary conditions (such as water and electricity access) are met.

2. Payments & Pricing

  • All pricing is subject to change based on the vehicle’s condition.

  • Customers will be informed of any price adjustments before service begins.

  • Payments must be made upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • A 100% refund is available if cancellation or rescheduling occurs at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • A $10 cancellation fee applies if the customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • Refunds are available if the customer is unsatisfied and LP Cleaning determines a refund is appropriate.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best service experience, customers must:

  • Provide access to water and electricity at the service location.

  • Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before detailing.

  • Park the vehicle in a safe and accessible location for service.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • LP Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or paint issues that may become more apparent after cleaning.

  • We take utmost care in handling all vehicles, but if any damage occurs due to our services, LP Cleaning is fully insured to cover such incidents.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Touch-Ups

  • If a customer is unsatisfied with the detailing service, they may request a free touch-up within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Requests must be made via phone, text, or email within the 24-hour window.

  • Touch-ups will be scheduled at a time convenient for both parties.

7. Extreme Conditions & Service Refusal

LP Cleaning reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service if the vehicle’s condition presents a health or safety risk (e.g., excessive mold, hazardous materials, infestations).

  • Reschedule services due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

If LP Cleaning recommends third-party services or provides external links, we are not responsible for their quality, pricing, or service outcomes.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
